What sports can I use it for?

Rugby, field hockey, ice hockey, inline hockey, and other contact sports where a sports mouthguard is appropriate.

Does a mouthguard prevent concussions?

No mouthguard can guarantee concussion prevention. It is designed to help protect teeth, gums, lips, and the mouth area.

I entered the wrong email or address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with the order number through our contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping in New Zealand is 3 to 5 business days. Express delivery is 1-2 business days. For Australia, shipping options are 5-8 and 2-5 business days.

Can I return my mouthguard?

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind as a standard policy. In some cases, we may choose to accept a change of mind return at our discretion as a goodwill gesture. For approved change of mind refunds, original shipping costs are not refundable. A return handling fee may also be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs.
